A 'visionary' investment serv-ice for the district could be ap-proved by Bradford Council next week.
The authority's executive committee will be asked to rubber-stamp a new, one-stop support group for firms looking to move into the area, on Tuesday, March 27.
Vision for Jobs would be run by a management board made up of senior representatives from its three partners - the Council, Bradford Chamber of Commerce and the Employment Service.
Executive committee member for the economy, Councillor Simon Cooke, said: "This exciting initiative aims to bring together different partners to de-liver a more customer focused package of support to companies looking to invest and cre-ate jobs in the district.
"Vision for Jobs would create a single contact point and speed up the whole inward invest-ment process, strengthening the district's credentials as a first class place to invest."
A new, detailed report on the scheme will be submitted if the outline plans are approved.
