Children in the fourth year at Wycliffe Middle School, Shipley, are combating the increasing cost of clothes by learning to make their own trousers. In their arts and crafts lessons each Friday, boys and girls learn to sew and use the sewing and embroidery machinery. They bring their own material to the classes.
