SHAMROCKS reached the final of the District Cup with an impressive 4-1 victory over Silsden Reserves.

The Cobbydale team took the lead with a brilliant move which saw the Silsden striker race round two men and slot the ball home with ease.

Shammies hit back and equalised with Steve Pamment scoring a superb free kick from 25 yards out.

In the second half Shamrocks were the stronger side with Pamment completing his hat-trick with two fine efforts. S Whitehead completed the scoring with a brilliant chip which left the Silsden keeper stranded.

Steve Potts marshalled his defence superbly while Ryan Moore performed well in goal.

Whitehead controlled midfield and Lee Rhodes and T Heapes worked hard up front.
