A COUPLE made
history in Yeadon when they 'staged' their own wedding.
Keen members of Yeadon Amateur Operatic Society, Amanda Williams and Ben Myles (right), decided to add a touch of theatrical glamour to their big day - by tying the knot on stage at Yeadon Town Hall.
The wedding, which took place on March 31 was also the first to be held at the town hall in its 120-year history. The hall was recently granted a licence to hold civic weddings.
The ceremony took place on the hall's main stage, against the backdrop of a spectacular stage set, adorned with posters and other movie
