The Bradford Insurance Institute has appointed its youngest president, Karen Piotr.
The 32-year-old, the Institute's 68th president, has been in the industry since 1986 and is also north east representative for the Society of Technicians in Insurance.
She said: "In my year I aim to make maximum use of my drive and enthusiasm to promote the institute's activities to its membership, particularly the younger members."
