Glen Taylor's fine June form continued with a well crafted 68 as Guiseley picked up five points at Adel to stay just behind Bilton at the top of Aire-Wharfe Division A.

With Mark Ross adding a half-century, Guiseley set one of their best targets of the season at 220 for eight but Adel finished on 152 for seven to force a draw.

Bottom club Skipton were beaten by Bilton, who cruised home with seven wickets and nearly 13 overs to spare.

Green Lane remain top of Division B despite only picking up a point at Kirkstall who move into second place above Silsden, who struggled against Alwoodley.

Craig Thornton was the pick of the Silsden batsmen with 87 as they battled to match the visitors' 258 for eight.

Otley opener David Taylor was another centurion, hitting 139 in a high scoring draw at Woodhouse. Bob Pickles scored 110 for the home side on an afternoon of more than 550 runs.
