Bradford-based warehousing company Complete Logistics Solutions officially launched its new website at the Bradford City v Nottingham Forest game this week.

The company, which sponsored the match, can now provide instant quotations and drawings of warehouse and store layouts through its website www.e-racking.com.

Peter Gobbi, who owns the company, said: "We know that other companies who provide units and installation solutions for offices and warehouses have websites, but ours is revolutionary.

"The site allows potential clients to get quotes, layout plans and a multitude of information before they even call a sales person in.

"This means that we can provide a service which is cheaper and simpler for our clients."

Mr Gobbi added: "There's been a lot of talk about e-commerce being the way forward, but what we have done is launch a business tool for people.

"The site will adapt and change to suit whatever our customers need. This venture is aimed at saving our clients time and reducing costs."

The total cost for setting up the e-commerce business, which was developed by the company's in house team and Leeds-based IP Industries, was more around £150,000,

The firm, which has an expected turnover this year of £2.5 million, has a client list which includes Boots, XMA, NHS Supplies, Dulux Decorator Centres, Polyflor, Budget Greeting Cards, Birthdays, Corus, Daewoo, British Airways Avionics British Gas and British Telecom.

Clients from the district include Polar Ford, Gesipa Blind Riveting at Keighley, Prima International at Leeds, Alan Northrop of Skipton, Princes Soft Drinks and Bradford City.
