Bradford Council has ordered a Keighley firm to clear up an unsightly dumping ground.
Commercial vehicle manufacturer, TS Wilson, on Royd Way, has been leaving old trailers on unused Council land by the side of the A629, near the Hard Ings roundabout.
But following a complaint from a resident, the company will have to remove its wagons.
Stuart Shackleton, 49, from Eastburn said: "They have taken it upon themselves to use public land and are leaving their trailers on it.
"Kids are going on there and setting fire to them. The fire brigade has been there a number of times. I drive past them every day and they are an eyesore."
Once the site is cleared, Bradford Council has indicated it will take steps to ensure the problem does not recur.
A Council spokesman said: "This land belongs to Bradford Council. We have written to the owners of the dumped trailers requesting that they be moved.
"Once the site is cleared we plan to secure it to prevent unauthorised access and dumping."
Ken Wilson, managing Director of Wilson's trailers, said his firm would take swift action to resolve the dispute. He said: "The kids have been abusing them and setting fire to them. We are cutting them all up within the week and removing them."
