STUDENTS became prima ballerinas for the day when a top ballet company paid them a visit.
Students from Years Eight, Nine and Ten at Parkside Secondary School, in Cullingworth, received expert ballet coaching from the Northern Ballet Theatre, which is in Yorkshire to perform its new show, I Got Rhythm.
Greta Dawson, a choreographer from the company, hosted the one-off workshop, which gave pupils the chance to learn routines from the show.
The pupils have also been to the Grand Theatre, in Leeds, to watch a performance of the ballet.
