Creditors of plastic injection moulding company Yorkshire Moulds Ltd are set to meet on September 13.

The Brighouse firm, which was in administration, was sold at the end of July as a going concern - with no job losses.

It was acquired by an executive management team made of three existing employees and two directors from outside the industry.

The company will trade as Yorkshire Moulds UK Ltd and expects turnover in its first year to exceed £5 million.
