People who were members of the Keighley Central Youth Club in the Fifties and Sixties are invited to a reunion early next month.

Organisers Mick and Agnes Skinner hope that as many people as possible will go to the party at Pilky's Bar, in Goulbourne Street, to remember the good old days.

The youth club was held at Central Hall, Alice Street, and attracted a lot of members between the ages of 14 and 21.

Mick said: "We used to have a great time there and there was a good crowd that went.

"We had a lot of laughs and still have some brilliant memories. We would love to see all the usual faces, plus any others who fancy coming along."

Mick added: "We've been having reunions for a few years now and it's great to get together again after so long and remember the old times, as well as catching up on fresh news."

The reunion is being held on September 7 and starts at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £6 and include supper. They are available from Pellers stall, in Keighley Market, or by contacting Mick on 681868.
