North Division One side Cleck-heaton have a huge incentive to succeed tomorrow at Scunthorpe in the first round of the Powergen Cup.

Victory will guarantee them at least £3,000 and the gate receipts from the next round against Nottingham on October 5.

"Scunthorpe can't be looking forward to facing us," said Cleckheaton's first-team manager Mick Collins. "They are only a division above us and have lost all three of their league matches so far."

Cleck restore Oliver Ackroyd to No 8 from the right wing, where they bring in Alex Burnham. Matt Terry drops to the bench.

Following the magnificent performance at Doncaster last weekend, Wharfedale have only made enforced changes to the side for the home match against Nottingham in National League Two.

George Smithson and David Whitfield are nursing injuries. Jonathan Davies, who substituted for Whitfield at Castle Park, starts at inside centre. Craig Eccleston is a straight swap for Smithson on the wing. Otley are at Coventry in National League One, where they have yet to win.

Keighley, beaten 7-3 at home by West Park Bramhope last Saturday in Yorkshire Division Two, have been given a walkover by them tomorrow in the first round of the Intermediate Cup as they have no front row. Instead, Keighley are at home to Old Crossleyans - handed a walkover by Castleford - in a club match. The Bees, who had a bye, are at Driffield, also in a club match.

Bradford Salem welcome back Mark Viner and Simon Davies for their Powergen Junior Cup tie at home to Old Modernians.

Baildon welcome winger Nick Oddy into their 18 at home to Bramley Phoenix, and Wibsey, who are without Richard King and Richard Hands, will find it tough at home to Leeds Corinthians.
