Keighley - Three of the 36 hole finals of the men's major knockout competitions took place over the weekend. The Clarkson's Foursomes was won by Andy Utley and David Plumb, who beat Liam Houldsworth and Chris Lonsdale at the last hole. The Captain's Prize was an equally close contest, with Phil Wood prevailing over Michael Chapman at the 35th hole. Keith Hebden beat Thomas Rowan 5 and 4 in the 8-15 singles.

Two Ladies finals also took place, with Adele Mitchell beating Pauline Luccock 2 & 1 in the President's Prize and Lady Captain Elaine Pearson defeating Cheryl Brown on the last hole of their match in the Haggas Trophy.
