Oakworth Under-9s A slipped to a 1-0 defeat after allowing Burley an early goal. They improved at the game progressed but could not get an equaliser. Marshall Pedder was named man of the match.

Oakworth Under-13s enjoyed a goal feast in their opening game of the season, beating Ossett 8-2 in the league cup. Goals rained in from Adam Spencer (3), Casey Dickson, Paul Owens and Glen Walbank, with Thomas Thompson and Elliott Sharpe adding stunning strikes from free-kicks.

Goalkeeper Thomas Allmark was Oakworth Under-10s A team's star player in a 1-1 draw with Shipley at Bronte. The visitors took the lead but a great run down the right by Joe Mitchell set up a deserved equaliser for Oakworth from an own goal before half-time.

Oakworth Under8's B beat Bolton Woods C 5-3 with Ryan McDermott scoring a hat-trick. Other goals came from Danny King and Dylan Mitchell and Liam Humphreys was man of the match.

Oakworth Under-10s B beat Shipley 3-1, taking the lead with a spectacular goal from inside his own half from defender Nick Foster. Thomas Kerr made it 2-0 and Joe Foster scored the third. James Smith was man of the match.

Silsden Under-8s B got the season off to a terrific start with a 7-1 win at home to Shipley. Silsden had two hat-trick heroes, Zachary Conway and Luke Wilson, with man of the match, Harvey Briggs, scoring the seventh goal on his debut.

Oakbank Under-10s A drew 2-2 with a strong Mavericks side after taking the lead through Josh Kaine on half time. Mavericks scored twice after the break but Kain forced an equaliser and Oakbank were unlucky not to steal the points when Joe Gaughan's shot scraped the crossbar on full time.

Oakbank Under-10s B beat Bolton Woods C 2-0 with early strikes from man of the match Jordan Nurse and Josh Stubbs. There were solid performances from Connor Featherstone and Ben Helliwell with Kris Cameron on form in midfield.

Oakbank Under-7s joined the league only last week after Wilsden dropped out, but produced a creditable performance before going down 4-1 to a well drilled Menston side. There were a lot of good performances, but man of the match and scorer James Lee was outstanding throughout. Aaron Moorby was outstanding at the back and Sam Vickers worked well throughout.

Oakbank Under-9s drew 2-2 with Shipley B after Ryan Stubbs gave them an early lead. Adam Shepherd scored the second and goalkeeper Connor Beddoes was named man of the match.

Cowling Youth drew 3-3 with Apperley Bridge with leading scorer Dan Leach named man of the match. Luke Binns managed to salvage a point in a thrilling game. Cowling dominated the first half but missed a host of chances, Chris Roy hitting the woodwork twice.

Silsden Under-10s had a resounding start to their campaign with a 7-0 victory at home to Queensbury. A superb all round team performance included a hat-trick from man of the match Simon Todd. Kieran Duxbury scored twice and there were other goals from Alistair Haliday and Callum Harrison.

Silsden Under-10s B fought hard but could not score in their 3-0 defeat at home to shelf. Goalkeeper Jacob Sullivan was Silsden's man of the match.

Long Lee Under-12s got off to a flying start with an 11-1 victory over Prospect. Zak Peat and James bailey weighed in with hat-tricks supported by goals from Tim Quinlan, James Smail, Aaron Stack, Sam Rooke and Matthew Miller.

Long Lee Under-14s, last season Under-13 winners, got the new campaign off to a bright start with a 4-1 victory at Shipley Juniors. Ross bailey was on target with a hat-trick and Craig Morris added the fourth. James Leach was man of the match.
