Auctioneers are preparing for the sale of one of the country's most famous pubs.
The Woolpack Inn, at Esholt, near Baildon, which featured in popular TV soap Emmerdale, is currently owned by Bradford Council. But ownership of the building is set to change hands, with the Woolpack going up for auction next month.
Auctioneers Emma Johnson and Tony Webber met current landlord Brian Pickard, who will continue to run the pub for the new owners, for a look round before the sale.
"The Queen Vic, Rovers Return and Woolpack are known to TV viewers across the world and we can safely say this is the only one of the three that will ever come up for sale," Emma said.
The pub has a guide price in the region of £450,000 to £500,000. It is expected that competitive bidding could push this even higher.
