A mortgage company has moved from Leeds to Bradford in an expansion bid.
Smart-Move mortgages, which is an internet firm, was set up five years ago.
It has moved to Greengates to "exploit the growing diversity of those seeking mortgages".
The company offers a web-based mortgage service for the general public, and also offers a specialist service for people who cannot get mortgages through the normal high street route.
Sue Daysh, marketing manager at Smart-Move Mortgages, said: "Recent growth has seen us expand from a team of three to 15 in one year and we are keen to expand nationally as well as throughout West Yorkshire."
The firm, which was founded half a decade ago as GRF Financial, today has plans to expand its web-based service - accessed by referral from brokers - to everyone and introduce a telephone-based system for applying.
Mike Cartwright, spokesman for Bradford Chamber of Commerce, said: "With competitive rent and rate values in Bradford, it makes sense for companies to assess their costs and look at how they can make savings."
