More than 180 accordion players from across the North of England will be in Glusburn for a competition next month.
The village will again be the venue for the North Central Area Accordion Festival, on March 1 and 2. The contest will be hosted by the Craven School of Music and Craven Accordion Orchestra, both run by Cross Hills music teacher Harry Hinchcliffe.
Mr Hinchcliffe expects the festival to attract soloists, small groups and orchestras including some of the UK's best accordion players.
He says: "The event is a forerunner to the national championships to be held in Scarborough in May."
Keyboard classes will start on the Saturday at 5.30pm, and accordion classes the following day at 9.30am. Further details are available from Mr Hinchcliffe by phoning 01535 635074.
