The Dog in the Pound pub was yesterday withdrawn from sale at an auction on the premises after bidding had failed to reach a reasonable target. Bids opened at £8,000 for the pub in Leeds Road, Bradford, orginally known as the Flying Dutchman, and the Guys and Dolls.
