Sunshine which poured from a blue sky today was a welcome Easter holiday change in Bradford and brought day trippers to the city's railway stations. Queues formed for Scarborough and Blackpool trains, but they were not comparable with last Easter's crowds. Children - without buckets and spades - were there today, and a sprinkling of Service men, returning from leave helped to swell the numbers.
