A company which recently relocated to Bingley has officially opened its doors.
Global Display Solutions Ltd spent £40,000 relocating to Cottingley Business Park. It was previously based at five different sites and the firm said the move will boost turnover and staffing levels.
Christine Holmes, widow of the late Stuart Holmes - director of Bingley-based Eldon Technology - was guest of honour at the opening, which was attended by clients of the firm.
Electronic design firm Eldon Technology is one of GDS's suppliers.
GDS products include screens for bank cash machines, airport departures and arrivals monitors and marine equipment.
The firm expects turnover to hit £22 million this year andexpects the move to help it boost its workforce from 27 to 30 by the end of 2003. It was founded last year when Keighley-based Emco Electronics Ltd and Italian CA & G Industria merged.
