The "terrific bravery" of people prepared to fight against oppression has been praised at a concert to end Captive Nations Week in Bradford. Mr Gunar Tamsons, chairman of the Bradford & District Captive Nations Committee, told a huge audience: "I have often wondered what is the attraction of Russian communism to the millions of political juveniles in the free West - what draws them in the clutches of international communism and makes them into tools of subversion, sabotage, kidnappings and betrayal."
