YOUNG golfers from Ben Rhydding Golf Club have shocked the local golfing fraternity by winning the Bradford Junior Team Championship for a second successive year.
Bruce Fowler, from the Ben Rhydding Club, commented: "It is a superb effortb from our little nine hole club."
The boys now qualify to play in two major competitions - the Yorkshire Championships and the North East Championships.
The Bradford event was played at Calverley Golf Club. In the winning Ben Rhydding team were Chris Pearce, Peter Hibbert and Richard and Chris Atkins.
