Parents and pupils of the following Bradford schools are asked to note that fuel supplies have now been received and the schools will re-open tomorrow: Waverley Middle, Grange Road First, Thackley First and Hanson School. Hanson Sports Centre off Swain House Road will be closed until further notice because of the fuel shortage.

The purchase was approved yesterday by Bradford 'B' Group Hospital Management Committee of three TV sets for use at Thornton View Hospital, at a cost of £76 14s. 3d each.
