Ronnie Wallwork has not ruled out another spell with City despite reluctantly returning to West Brom.

Wallwork signed off his month with the Bantams by chesting the winner against Crewe. But plans to extend his loan have been shelved because of the growing threat of administration.

Wallwork, who trained with the Baggies yesterday, said: "It could be resurrected. I'm waiting for Bradford to get back in touch with me and I could go back at any time.

"I haven't given up completely but at the moment it's all up in the air because of the administration. It's frustrating because they wanted to keep me and I was hoping to stay too."

Midfielder Wallwork scored twice in five games with City, although Saturday was his only win.

But he still believes Bryan Robson's side can bridge the eight-point gap to safety and force their way back into contention.

Wallwork said: "I think Bradford can pull away. They need to stick at it and eventually their luck may turn.

"We played well on Saturday and deserved to win.

"It was great to score a goal on my last appearance and it's just a shame that I cannot stay a bit longer.

"But I'm back at West Brom now and hopefully the manager will know how I've done.

"Ultimately it's up to him to decide if I get a chance to prove myself in the first team."
