Otley'S famously high concentration of pubs has inspired an amateur photographer to create a new poster celebrating the town.
Phil Greaves, of Newall Carr Road, is a textiles analyst by day but last summer he set about painstakingly photographing all 22 of the inns that fall within Otley's boundary.
After scanning each of the shots into his computer, the 48-year-old then assembled them onto one huge file to produce an impressive poster which he now hopes the pubs themselves will agree to sell.
He said: "You hear about so many people who visit the town just to see the pubs, it's one of Otley's main pulling points.
"I actually got the idea after I saw the aerial shots which were taken by the Wharfedale. Photography is only a hobby for me, so I just went out with my 35mm camera last summer and waited for the right conditions."
Mr Greaves has now started visiting each of the pubs featured on the poster and is confident they will be impressed enough by the finished article to agree to sell it to customers.
