Bryan Robson will unleash the young guns as he calls for a final home fling.

Robson is demanding City sign off at Valley Parade with a victory against Stoke tomorrow.

And he is likely to start with teenagers Kevin Sanasy and Tom Penford to lift the tempo in a fixture which means little in terms of league position for either side.

Robson said: "I'm tempted to introduce the young boys and let them have a right go because they'll come in full of enthusiasm and wanting to prove themselves.

"I thought Kevin did well for the half-hour he played at West Brom and there was a bit of liveliness about him again. In midfield, Tom was terrific in difficult circumstances and stood up to the challenge.

"It's pleasing when you get a young boy coming through like that and showing the mentality to cope.

"They've still got a long way to go to prove themselves and nobody is going overboard. But they have potential and now it's whether that materialises into showing they are good enough to play at First or Second Division level."

Robson knows it is vital that the production line keeps churning out homegrown talent and the rookies could have a big part to play next season.

"Since I've been at the club, Simon Francis was a good one who came through the ranks and there is also Lewis Emanuel. People tend to forget him because he's had a lot of games but he's also a young lad still learning the game."

Wimbledon are the only side in the country with more home defeats and Robson has warned the Bantams that they dare not slip up again in their Division One swansong.

He added: "This game is very important to us and nothing less than three points will do. The fans have been terrific and we've got to reward that backing.

"Our record at home has not been good and it must be difficult for supporters to keep turning up. So we owe it to them to make sure they leave with a smile on their face."

There will be a minute's silence before kick-off to remember the victims of the fire disaster.
