The Eagles Greatest Hits is reputed to be the biggest-selling album all time and the "West Coast" supergroup is still as popular as ever.

The Eagles are not available for a concert at Glusburn Institute so fans will have to make do with tribute band B'Eagles, pictured.

The tribute band has previously played in Ireland, Scandinavia, South Africa, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

It was formed from the nucleus of the Stu Page Band whose songwriting abilities had been compared to the Eagles' country rock style.

The show will feature hits like Hotel California, Take It Easy, Tequila Sunrise, Desperado and Life in the Fast Lane.

n Eric Clapton is also the subject of a tribute performance, in a concert at Victoria Hall, Saltaire, on May 14.

Classic Clapton features Mike Hall singing songs such as Wonderful Tonight, Tears in Heaven, I Shot the Sheriff and Layla.

With 19 years on the circuit, the band performs a two-hour show including an unplugged segment.

Mike looks, sounds and plays guitar like Eric, and his musicians have played with the likes of The Animals and the Yardbirds.

Mary Humphreys sings traditional songs in English and Welsh, and the pair play instrumental arrangements of mostly English traditional music.

Audiences have noted Mary's "powerful and expressive" voice and the pair's enthusiasm, musical rapport and unusual combination of instruments.

n Two men described as true rock icons and founder members of UK rock and roll have teamed up for the first time.

Joe Brown and Marty Wilde have worked constantly for the past 40 years in recording and performing.
