Silsden were first to show among the Craven trio on the opening day of the Airedale & Wharfedale Cricket League's Division B programme last weekend and tomorrow they bid to consolidate when they visit Calverley.
Division B newcomers Steeton and Skipton, in contrast, will both be seeking to get their campaign moving when they entertain Knaresborough and Pool respectiely.
Silsden enjoyed a tonic start when they got the better of neighbours Steeton by 10 runs at Keighley Road, former Silsden skipper John Akrigg having a generous amount of ribbing to cope with in his new role as Steeton captain
