For the second consecutive season the Mumtaz Premier Division of the West Riding County Amateur League was dominated by Silsden.
Although Brighouse Town, Tyersal and Golcar United - who took the runners-up spot - kept pace with Silsden until the last few games of the campaign, it was the consistency of the Keighley side that gave them the championship - winning it by a margin of nine points.
