Skipton CC launch their Airedale and Wharfedale Division B survival act in earnest tomorrow when they open the second half of the season with a home game against Knaresborough, the side just a place above them at the foot of the table, writes Tony Simpson.
Skipton managed to capture a couple of points last weekend from a rain-affected derby at home to Silsden, but they are three points adrift of Knaresborough and five behind Ilkley at this stage.
"The big game for Craven's Veka Ribblesdale League followers this weekend is on Sunday when Settle cross swords with Darwen in Round Four of the Lancashire Cup.
