SILSDEN FC travel to Tyneside tomorrow (Saturday) as they bid to make their FA Cup dream come true.

They take on Hebburn Town in the Extra Preliminary Round of the world's most famous cup competition.

"Just getting a place in the competition is a big boost for the club, now we hope to really make the district proud," said manager Andy Geary.

Hebburn went down 4-0 to Seaham Red Star in their first league game last weekend and Geary hopes his side can improve on Wednesday night's performance which saw them go down 3-1 to Oldham Town.

"We have a few new players and still need to gell as a team," he said.

A bus and car loads of supporters are due to make the trip up the A1 to support the team.

n To get to Hebburn Town's North Drive ground follow M1/A1 north at J65 keep right and follow signs for Tyne Tunnel. At roundabout take second exit onto A194, at next roundabout take first exit on to Mill Lane. After one mile turn right on to A185 (Victoria Road), after half a mile you are on North Drive.
