Liversedge have surpassed their own expectations in the FA Cup but are hungry for another pay-day and have a chance of progressing past the second qualifying round after being handed a home tie.

UniBond Premier side Prescot Cables are the visitors for tomorrow's tie.

Sedge have already disposed of a UniBond club but that was First Division side Rossendale United.

"This is the biggest game of our season. There won't be a bigger one, unless we win and get to the next round," said Sedge boss Eugene Lacy.

"I hope they think they just have to turn up for a win because if they do come with that attitude they will come unstuck. Last week in the Vase we put in our worst performance of the season. Our saving grace is that we can't play that badly twice on the trot.

Recently-signed striker Joe Gaughan is cup-tied and defender Danny Lowe is doubtful with an ear infection. The rest of the troops are ready for action and Lacy names an 18- strong squad knowing two players will be left disappointed.

Farsley Celtic also have a tough tie against opposition from a higher league - at Conference North club Altrincham.

The Celts are beginning to find their form though, and while manager Lee Sinnott acknowledges it will be a stern test he feels his side have a chance. "It will be tough but we are capable of winning a one-off game against anyone."
