Keighley Victgoria 2, Keighley Athletic 10 - This was a straight-forward victory for Athletic over Premier league newcomers Victoria. Steve Kernan was on great form, banging in four and new signing Rob Wall chipped in with two. Further goals from Mick Goodwin, Paul Goodwin, Kieran McSharry and Mark Johnson made it double figures.

Joe O'Neil and Rob Blakeley countered for Victoria.

With a number of players returning from injury and a genuine pace and fluidity running through the Athletic team things are looking up for the title holders.

Three Horses 1

Bingley dominated the first half, going in 1-0 up at half time. They managed to score a second before the visitors pulled one back, but Bingley piled on the pressure addding their third to secure all three points.

Bingley scorers were Adam Barnes, Dave Scott and Lee Riley.

Stanbury 2

Long Lee Druids 2

Stanbury made hard work of their game against Long Lee. In a scrappy first half neither team seemed to get out of first gear.

Althoughboth teams had chances Long Lee had their keeper to thank for gaining a point from the game.

George Cullingworth 3

Albert took th lead after five minutes when Franco Codola hit the bar from a free kick and Dave Middleton was there to slot home the rebound. Gareth Marshall equalised for George in a tight opening half.

After the break it was Goerge who took the lead throughNeil Roberts but Vodola scored a second to set up a tense finish.

With time running out man of the match Alex Flemming scoreed the winner for the Cullingworth side who had to call up their 'Dads Army' of veteran players because of injuries.

Keighley Royal 5

BCA 2

Royal went behind after a contested penalty was converted by the hard working 10-man BCA side. Chris Brookes equalised and Dave Harman put Royal in the lead only for Royal keeper Lee Rogers watch the ball bounce agonislingly over his head for an equaliser.

BCA's keeper made a string of fine saves but Royal finally took advantage of the extra man with Simon Oxley putting them ahead. Brookes completed his hat-trick as Shane Townley made his 100th appearance and full back Audie Gallagher was Royal's man of the match.
