Skipton Swimming Club's Jamie Harrison smashed the 100m fly record by nearly three seconds in a time of 63.32 seconds on his way to winning gold in the last Airedale and Wharfedale District Gala of the year.
The club's medal tally for the night was four golds, one silver, one bronze and three fourth places in the individual events and a team silver for the men's open and bronze for the womens' open.
The other individual medallists were Hannah Robertshaw (gold in 50m backstroke), Abigail Rhodes (gold in 100m IM), Lorna Dawson (gold in 100m breaststroke), Josh Brown (silver in 100m freestyle) and Gemma Harlowe (Bronze 50m backstroke).
Josh Brown's silver was particularly noteworthy. He recorded a superb personal best of 59.00 seconds - the first time he has broken the magic minute.
This was another fine evening for the club, who won four more trophies.
