Oxenhope Rec 8, Skipton Bulldogs 4 - Oxenhope Recreation made easy work of beating Skipton Bulldogs. It was one way traffic in the first half and Oxenhope were 6-1 up after goals by Knaggs, Trowers, Gallagher, Davis and Dan Moriarty (2). The only Bulldogs goal was a scorcher from Jimmy McConville who was being well marked by Alex Towler.

The second half was end to end with Bulldogs playing down the slope, they pulled a goal from the penalty spot but Oxenhope went 7-2 up when Moriarty completed his hat-trick. Bulldogs grabbed another but Oxenhope were not to be outdone with Moriarty blasting home his fourth to claim a well deserved man of the match award.

Oxenhope Reserves claimed a well-earned point away at Embsay with a 1-1 draw Andy Clements put Oxenhope in front but Embsay got the equaliser to share the points.

Oxenhope were kept level by goalkeeper Gower who pulled off a world class save, and Tom Bilton was man of the match.

Bronte 5

Carleton 0

Bronte played well in patches and were rewarded with a 2-0 half time lead thanks to goals from Joe Blacka and James Ley. The second half saw the home side dominate for long periods and on 60 minutes Eddie Waterhouse fired in a 25-yard free kick which left Carleton's defence motionless.

James Ley made it 4-0 after a good save from the Carleton keeper was deflected to his feet and Dave Armstrong finished confidently from the edge of the box to extend Bronte's lead further. James Ley had two good chances to seal his hat-trick and the home side fully deserved their three points. Former long serving Bronte defender Stewart Nicholson, now with Carleton, might have wished he'd remained with the Haworth based side.
