A school has been recognised for offering opportun-ities for teenagers on work experience.

Vicky Woodhouse, of Westbourne Primary School, Manningham, Bradford, accepted a certificate celebrating the school’s contribution to Education Bradford’s work experience programme from Lindsey Johnson, of Bradford Education Business Partnership.

The school in Skinner Lane, Bradford, takes pupils from secondary schools who want to find out about working in primary schools. Mr Johnson said: “The staff at Westbourne Primary are keen that the placement experience should be mutually rewarding.”
