A national pensioners’ leader will give a talk in Oakworth, Keighley.
Dot Gibson, secretary of the National Pensioners Convention, will speak on building an equitable society for people of all ages.
It is being arranged by Keighley Pensioners Action Group (KPAG), with support from the Keighley Elderly Initiative Group.
Mrs Gibson will give her talk at Holden Hall on Wednesday, March 10. The event starts at 11am and ends at 3pm, with a break for lunch and entertainment.
Tickets cost £2, including food.

Meanwhile, KPAG members have discussed the need to attend one of the three meetings scheduled to consult the public on plans for a new health and wellbeing centre in Keighley.
