The Moscow State Circus returns to the UK with the award-winning show Legenda, based on the Russian folklore figure, Rasputin. The world’s most famous circus creates a sensational show combining contemporary and classical circus at its very best. The Moscow State Circus is on at the Alhambra on Tuesday and Wednesday at 5pm and 8pm.

There’s an event being staged tomorrow for anybody wanting to get out and about and enjoy walking. Members of Keighley Ramblers are inviting everyone from families to senior citizens to the Silsden Saunter – a five-mile circular walk around the outskirts of the town. The walk starts at 10.30am from the main car park. Alex Gardner, a spokesman for the group which is celebrating its 75th anniversary, said he was proud of the national footpath network they have campaigned to establish as legal public rights of way, adding: “Why not come out and enjoy it with us?”
