An elderly woman has been reported missing from a Bradford care home.
Cynthia Reed, 78, was last seen leaving the home in Lister Lane, Bradford, at 3pm today.
Police said she suffers dementia as well as other medical conditions and officers are therefore concerned for her welfare.
She has been described as being of a small build, 5ft 5ins tall, with black and grey hair tied up in a pony tail.
She wears glasses and was last seen wearing a blue cardigan, cream trousers and black shoes.
Anyone who sees her, or knows of her whereabouts, has been asked to contact Airedale and North Bradford police on 0845 6060606.
