Ilkley: submission of non material amendments to approved application to reduce the size of the side extension to omit the garage and to keep the garage as existing and to omit the driveway. An additional bedroom below the reduced extension at lower 117 Curly Hill. Ilkley: submission of non material amendment: East elevation on approved planning permission shows pitched roof, no hips unlike north and south elevation on same drawing, Todthorp, Hangingstone, Road. Ilkley: construction of single storey side extension and first floor link extension, 4 Cranford Gardens.
Keighley: construction of single storey auto workshop unit, Reg Thompson Cars, Bridge Street. Keighley: amendments to approved house types, former Grove Mills, Ingrow Bridge, South Street. Keighley: extension to living accommodation from Scar Top Farm Cottage, into adjoining barn including creation of residential curtilage to rear and construction of detached garage with access, Scar Top Farm, Scar Top, Oldfield. Keighley: construction of timber and water tank store, Bronte Caravan Park, Halifax Road.
Keighley: construction of extension to existing school, including raised external deck area and pedestrian access ramp connecting to existing paved area adjacent to Rawdon Road, Haworth Primary School, Rawdon Road.
