The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Allerton: construction of detached garage to rear, 2 Rossmore Drive.

Baildon: extension at first floor level above existing lounge at ground floor to create new bedroom and en-suite bathroom, 9a Belmont Avenue. Barkerend: construction of two storey extension to side and single storey to rear with garage (amendments to previously approved 09/00106/FUL), 9 Killinghall Drive.

Barkerend: proposed change of use of an existing rendering facility to a waste treatment facility for the mechanical heat treatment of mixed wastes, The Refinery, 54 Buck Street.

Bingley: conversion of garage into dwelling, Priestthorpe Hall, Park Road (two applications). Bingley: demolition and rebuild of double garage and extension to front elevation to create walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, 105 Park Road. Bingley: extension to rear and internal alterations and refurbishment, 7 Eastwood Crescent.

Bolton: construction of two storey extension to side of property and conservatory at rear, 7 Farriers Croft.

Bowling: construction of side and rear extension to existing building, 16 Warwick Road. Bowling: rebuild front wall to form two self contained restaurant/takeaway units with rear extension to accommodate preparation area, 228-230 Sticker Lane.

Bradford Moor: construction of detached dwelling, 40 Highthorne Avenue. Bradford Moor: construction of single storey extension to rear and dormers to front and rear, 7 Woodhall Road. Bradford Moor: redevelopment of existing shop with new first floor shop extension, 4-6 Bradford Lane.

Burley in Wharfedale: change of use from commercial offices and residential flat to two separate houses, 130-132 Main Street.
