Bradford licensing panel has reviewed the licence at The Fleece pub, Clayton Lane, Clayton, following complaints of customers making too much noise and anti-social behaviour.
Two people who live a few doors down from the pub called for the review after a number of incidents outside their homes.
But licensee Terence Cooney said those responsible were not necessarily his customers, as there were a number of other pubs in the vicinity.
The panel today advised Mr Cooney to have regular meetings with residents to resolve any concerns that may arise.
He was also banned from disposing of used bottles outside between 11pm and 7am – something he said he had complied with since learning of the complaints.
It also emerged that the neighbours who complained had not realised the premises had recently been given permission to stay open until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
