A 44-year-old Bradford man was today jailed for three years for dealing in class A drugs.
Surjit Sidhu became embroiled in the drugs world when he took out a loan to prop up his business, Bradford Crown Court heard.
Sidhu, of Manchester Road, Bradford, pleaded guilty to three offences of possessing heroin with intent to supply, two of possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply and two of possessing criminal property.
All the offences took place between April 22 and August 12 this year.
Sidhu, who was remanded in custody, continued to deal after being arrested and bailed, the court heard yesterday.
He was sentenced by Judge Jonathan Rose via video link from Leeds Prison.
