The trial of six men accused of the murder of Bradford dad Damian Gordon collapsed yesterday.
The jury of nine women and three men was discharged from delivering verdicts for legal reasons after submissions by counsel in the case.
Judge Christopher Moss QC told the jury at Bradford Crown Court the case would have to be re-tried by another jury.
The trial had been running for two and a half weeks.
Owen Bell, 33, Alfred ‘Junior’ Thompson, 27, Silvino Salmon, 21, Dylan McIntosh, 22, Shaun Antonio Riley, 20, and 40-year-old Donald Garfield Edwards, all of Manchester, had all denied the murder of Damian Gordon.
Mr Gordon, 30, of Swain House, Bradford, died after a shooting incident at the Club Icon in Westgate, Bradford, in the early hours of Sunday, August 3, last year.
