The British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) Heart Health Roadshow moves from Bradford to Pudsey today.
The promotion will be at Asda’s Pudsey Supercentre until Saturday. Shoppers will be able to speak to BHF advisors between 10am and 6pm.
The move follows a tour of supermarkets in Bradford offering free lifestyle assessments to shoppers in a bid to help them understand their risk of heart disease and how they can lead a healthier lifestyle.
The advisors offer support including healthy eating, exercise and weight loss tips.
Anyone requiring ongoing support will be directed to their GP for a full cardiovascular risk assessment.
