The Burley-in-Wharfedale Probus Male Voice Choir is returning to its old rehearsal room in the Burley Grange complex when the new rehearsal season starts on Monday.
The choir used to rehearse in the old Burley Grange before the building closed, and in recent times the choir has rehearsed at Burley in Wharfedale Methodist Church.
A return to the Grange means the choir must obtain a piano and, if a suitable instrument cannot be found before Monday, a keyboard will be used as a temporary measure.
More tenor and bass/baritone singers are need to help swell the choir numbers.
Anyone who can provide a piano should contact choir chairman Ken Bellwood on (01943) 863177 or secretary Brian Jones on (01943) 874552.
In the meantime choir members are looking at auctions or other sources which could provide a piano.
From Monday the choir will rehearse on Mondays from 10am to noon.
