POLICE are carrying out searches across Bradford today as they try and find a missing man.
John Chege, 64, from Bradford, was reported missing yesterday evening.
Officers said they are "very concerned" for his welfare and have been conducting enquiries in "a number of locations", including Judy Woods in Wyke, today.
Police and mountain rescue vehicles have been at the Station Road entrance of Judy Woods this morning.
The police helicopter has also been flying overhead for much of the morning.
West Yorkshire Police described Mr Chege as black, 5ft 7in tall, of medium build and clean shaven with glasses.
He was last seen wearing a blue suit, a blue button shirt, brown smart shoes and may have a brown coat with a Mercedes logo on it.
Anyone who has seen him is urged to call police on 101, referencing log 2053 of April 16.
