TWO "nuisance" bikes - one of which is believed to have been stolen - were seized by police in Bradford.

Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team attended a street in Manningham yesterday.

A spokesperson from the team said police "arrived to a group of lads going off in all directions".

"Two bikes were seized and taken off the streets, with one to be examined as it is suspected to be stolen," the spokesperson added.

West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team works across Bradford district, deploying officers seven days a week in cars and on bikes.

Operation Steerside was launched in 2016 to tackle dangerous and anti-social driving in Bradford and has since evolved.
