A BRADFORD man is to go to trial charged with knocking down a child whilst riding a 200cc off-road motorbike.
Kirk Bailey, 21, of Bishopdale Holme, Buttershaw, pleaded not guilty to causing serious injury through dangerous driving on April 29 last year on Brafferton Arbor in Buttershaw.
Her Honour Judge Sophie McKone set a two-day trial to start on February 12, 2025.
