POLICE have asked the public to help them locate a man wanted in connection with a fraud offence against a vulnerable victim.
Officers would like to speak to Brian Billy Monks, of Keighley, about the offence, which happened last June.
Anyone who knows the 43-year-old's whereabouts should call 101 quoting reference 13230654994.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Police in Bradford are appealing for information to help locate Brian Billy Monks, aged 43, from Keighley, who is wanted in connection with a fraud offence against a vulnerable victim which took place in June last year.
"Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact West Yorkshire Police by calling 101 or go online at www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat quoting reference 13230654994.
"Alternatively, call independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
